If your product is still firing after you pull, won’t charge, is lighting up when it shouldn’t be, or won’t pull at all, take a video of it and send it to [email protected].
My product is defective or broken, can I get a refund?
We do offer refunds / store credit for broken products within 10 days of purchase.
