My product is defective or broken, can I get a refund?Updated 9 days ago

We offer gift cards for broken products within 10 days of purchase.

We may also offer a replacement for your defective product(s) in certain situations.

White Horse Vapor makes every reasonable effort to address any issues with damaged or defective devices. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis

If you have received a broken or damaged item, please take a photo or video of it and send it to [email protected]. In your email, please use the subject "Damaged or Defective Item," and please include the following:

Description of Problem:


Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. We are only able to offer gift cards or replacements for broken products within 10 days of delivery.

*Failure to submit a photo or video for the defective product, may cause a delay in timely resolution.

* While we strive to provide the best possible resolution, White Horse Vapor reserves the right to deny any return/exchange request.
