If you are unable to sign for your package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to discuss alternate delivery options.</p><p>If a package is returned to us due to a missed signature requirement, a refund will be issued once the package has been received and processed at our facility. A $14.95 restocking fee will apply.</p>
